1. Introduction

MovePic (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is developed and operated by DOGUKANCOMP LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We attach great importance to personal data and privacy protection. This Privacy Policy applies to all features and services of the App, including AI image generation, AI video generation, content editing and cloud‑rendering services.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our service. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide AI generation, storage and rendering services:

• User‑provided Content: Text prompts, uploaded images / video materials, AI‑generated images and videos created by you;
• Device and Usage Information: Device model, system version, unique device identifier (used only for service stability and crash analytics), application logs and operation records;
• Account Information (If Applicable): If you log in or use cloud‑sync features, we collect only authorized nicknames, avatars and third‑party account open‑IDs. We do not collect your passwords;
• Payment Information (If Applicable): Subscriptions and in‑app purchases are handled by the distribution platform. We do not collect bank card details, payment passwords or other sensitive payment data.

When you use features such as AI Portrait and video synthesis, you may provide photos taken by your device’s camera or images from your photo gallery. To achieve face fitting with artistic effects, our system will perform algorithmic recognition and analysis on facial feature points in the photos you upload, including eyes, nose, mouth contours and other key points.

We do not permanently collect or store your facial feature data on our servers. After face analysis and image synthesis are completed, the original photos and intermediate feature data will be immediately cleared from server memory. Relevant feature configurations are only stored locally on your device to support quick generation next time. Refusing to provide photos will only affect related AI functions and will not impact other basic functions of the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following legitimate, specified and necessary purposes:

• Deliver core services including AI image / video generation, rendering and export;
• Optimize AI model performance, generation speed and output quality;
• Protect account security, prevent abuse, malicious generation and prohibited content;
• Process orders, subscriptions and membership‑related services;
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4. AI‑Generated Content Rules & Content Safety

The App is an AI generation tool. You are fully responsible for materials you upload, prompts you enter and all generated content:

• You must not use this App to generate pornographic, violent, illegal, infringing or misleading content;
• We perform content‑safety detection. We will not commercially use your generated content without your consent. Violation‑related content may be blocked or deleted automatically;
• You hold copyright over uploaded and generated images and videos. We will not use, disclose or sell your works without your explicit permission.

5. Data Storage & Protection

1. Retention Period: Your generated content is processed temporarily for rendering purposes only. After rendering completes, you may save content locally. Cloud‑stored data is retained only for the shortest period required to deliver services.

2. Security Measures: We adopt encrypted transmission, access control and security‑isolation technologies to protect your data against leakage, tampering and loss.

3. Data Processing: User data shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We will not sell or rent your personal data to third‑party parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent;
• With essential AI‑computing and cloud‑service providers bound by confidentiality agreements to deliver our services;
• When required by law, court order or competent regulatory authority.

7. Third‑Party Services

The App may integrate third‑party services including payment providers, analytics tools and AI service interfaces. Third parties process your information subject to their own privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may exercise the following rights:

• Access, correct or delete your personal data and generated content;
• Disable non‑essential system permissions such as photo library or camera, which will not break core functionalities;
• Terminate your account (if supported). We will delete or anonymize your data in compliance with law.

9. Android Permission Explanation

The App may request the following Android system permissions solely to implement corresponding functions:

• Storage / Photo Gallery: Upload and save images / videos for AI generation;
• Camera: Capture materials for generation (if available);
• Internet Access: Cloud‑side AI rendering, content generation and service updates.

10. Minors Protection

This App is not intended for children under 14 years of age. If you are a minor, please use this service only with parental or guardian consent.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect business adjustments or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published inside the App. Material changes will be notified to users via in‑app notice.
